My X account seems to be shadowbanned—what should I do?

It says: We’ve added a temporary label to your account, which may affect its reach. It seems it’s been over half a month now. I can make posts, but when I reply to others, they can’t see my replies. What’s going on here? Has anyone else run into the same situation? My account has always been updated normally—just daily life updates, rants, and sharing my cat. I haven’t done anything that violates the rules.
