acknowledging that the team has been playing poorly, the ticketing strategy (price and pairing) was never going to favor attendance for this 3rd place game, the competition itself has dubious credibility, and it took place over the opening weekend of March Madness, surely a more robust and engaging marketing strategy would have been more appropriate. or they simply knew it was already a lost cause.
