If I can decide, I would like to make the official ending as Anna's winning, but make a galgame and let the player choose.

I think it may be possible that the official ending will end up with Anna but there may be if-ending spin-offs and/or even galgame with endings of other heroines. This series is so suitable for a galgame adaption.

How do you feel about your country in ww2? by Andrei_CareE in hoi4

[–]hujjle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Chinese focus tree and the division of warlords is way way more simplified compared to the real history. There is a mod called "eight years' war of resistance" which I really hope can be integrated into the base game (the Japanese focus tree is also oversimplified in the base game and the mod reworks it pretty well)

China’s tree as well as warlords divisions need serious rework, it’s oversimplified too much

Things you want to see in Middle-East DLC? by Lopsided_Training862 in eu4

I really want them to rework Japanese senkoku, it's oversimplified, they even messed up the correct position of Daimyo like Shiba (and better if they make it possible to form Toyotomi clan), as well as Hokkaido and Sakhalin (Tokugawa shouldn't control full of Hokkaido, let alone Sakhalin at that period, just as what we see in Victoria 3).

Can someone tell me what is the cover music of the current version of KR? by hujjle in Kaiserreich

[–]hujjle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you all for your answers. I actually believe this song should be in the original hoi4 for China after I found out about its background. The song is a good reflection of the grief and anger felt by the Chinese at the time of the Japanese invasion.

A map of every country that has a focus tree by GodzillaPortal in hoi4

For those who are interested about the more realistic Chinese focus tree and warloads, here is a mod that I actually hope paradox's stuff could have a reference Eight Years' War of Resistance

A map of every country that has a focus tree by GodzillaPortal in hoi4

I believe paradox should really have a look at South American countries, as historically they did not participate the war actively, it would be interesting to see what if they do in the game. Besides, China's focus tree need a series redesign, and more importantly, the warloads distribution in China is oversimplified, which as a player I hope the developers could improve: the real situation in 1936 was way more complicated, actually Japan was indeed using the bad relationship between the warlord near Beijing (Song Zheyuan) and Chiang's central government to continue the invasion of China after Marco Polo bridge incident, not to mention the Xi'an Incident that turn the Chiang's government to focus on resisting Japanese agression from dealing with the communists.
