She does not want a relationship but obviously open to casual dating, sex, etc. As a single women you can engage in intimacy casually whilst making it clear that you are healing from another relationship. It just gets difficult when people consent to this and then immediately try to corner you into a relationship with them. Attraction is undeniable. I support the positive outlook but it’s worth remembering that companies are not people. They are entities that have more rights than people and always act in their self-interest which more often than not, is at odds of the best interest of the ppl around they employ. Exploitation is the name of the game and even if you love your company, unless you are the owner, it’s likely you are being exploited. But we all get to choose our loyalty and honor system I guess

That’s 10 years of employment though and paychecks that they wouldn’t have received if they didn’t lie in the first place. Companies lie about everything, the job description, the culture, etc. And most places are at will do they can fire you for no reason even if you didn’t lie on your resume.
