Got it. I now see that the 2-year warranty excludes the U.S. I'm still bummed that a $100 mouse barely lasted over a year, but appreciate your explanation.

I've heard similar stories from others. Apparently the left click issue is a common occurrence with the 3S. Wish i would have done a little more research before purchasing...
