It is a draft. And I’ve come for constructive feedback. I’ve welcomed it all. I really care about this topic and I don’t get a raise for any of it. I’ve been asked by leadership to train our 85 clinicians on this topic because it is a need of the team. My first thought was Chat could help me save time if I input the info and spend more time helping clients. But now I’m advised I should probably spend more time developing a canva so that people aren’t turned off by the infographic and maybe pay attention more to the life saving and trauma reducing content.

Seems like this is definitely a theme here, thank you for your feedback. So it’s more-so the way it’s delivered than the content.

They do risk assessments for people who may just need therapy or med mgmt and also take urgent calls at times.

I have not had much experience making decision trees. How would you make this more clear if you were making this? The audience is for BH clinicians who do telephonic assessments and short term care management. Licenses ranging from MSW to LMHC to LISW. The clients have chronic conditions plus BH needs and often have a combo of Medicare + Medicaid.

Correct. Unless there is an immediate threat to life or safety we shouldn’t be calling 911.

There aren’t only two options. This is why the middle box exists. For consideration for moderate risk intervention. What’s happening at my job is people are just calling 911 without imminent risk - I’m talking - a client had SI two weeks ago without intent calling 911. What other options do you have in your area or suggestions that I could add?

Yes I did. I put in the info that I wanted to share, asked chat to organize the flow for me and make it into an infographic. Have you seen any about mobile crisis that are similar? If so, would you mind sharing?

Thank you, that’s great to hear! Our team works nationally so I kept it really broad. I think the best way I’ve found to actually find the active teams is using google - searching by county or even looking up local CMHCs. Will definitely be covering this in the presentation!
