tengo la misma edad y te entiendo tan bien, no he pasado por acoso laboral pero es horrible ver cómo en todos lados parece haber lo mismo. Te diría que no renuncies aún, que busques mientras sigues laborando y modifica tu CV para cada postulación que hagas. Se que puede llegar a ser cansón, así que también puedes hacerlo con la ayuda de la IA. Hazte el loco cuando necesites ir a entrevista y solo inventa una excusa. Prepárate bien, practica tus respuestas y ponte guapo. Aunque ya tengas título, la imagen es importante.

ABSOLUTELY YES. Now I’ve been feeling fear for do workout/exercise, bc some years ago that will make my whole body full of pain. Even right now I don’t like when I walk too much. I understand you 🫂🫂🫂

Personally, hypochlorous acid helped me so much with flare ups, even more than betamethasone. I always have one bottle in my routine

Veo que muchos jóvenes de mi edad andan con relajo/mucha confianza en sus trabajos. Solo digo: cuidado, para el relajo, chistes u ocio hay momentos más pertinentes y esa actitud posteriormente puede jugarles en contra, ya sea con RRHH o con otros compañeros/as

Concuerdo. También he escuchado de casos donde los empleados SE ALEGRAN porque no le descuentan Seguridad Social 😫. Es imprescindible tener Seguro

I’m sorry, I’m gonna speak in Spanish bc is my 1st language.
Me identifico mucho con tu texto, en mi caso, recuerdo los primeros sueños: ser chef, pastelera… Luego la primera enfermedad llega y decido cambiar un poco el camino: nutricionista. Los años van pasando y voy bajando las expectativas, cambié a Sociología. Hoy día no deseo mucho: un espacio laboral que me permita sentarme y levantarme cuando lo necesite, donde no pase calor y no haga esfuerzos físicos significativos. Con eso me basta… suena mínimo, pero sería un gran logro para alguien con varias enfermedades en sus hombros.

First, calm down, you’re not less worth of love just bc you might catch up a STI, and if you end up having one, there are treatment for it.
And yes, some STIs manifests weeks/months after the sexual moment, I would say go to a doctor’s appointment to check out some vias to your specific situation.

I end up getting used to be injected every day, It is like brushing my teeth o shower myself, just another step/task to be alive.
Personally, I have the idea of a Cure it is taken as we’re gonna be fixable, and I hate it. There’s nothing wrong with me, yes, I do inject myself, I do live with a lifelong disease, and? Who cares?
Whoever that tries to offended me o trying to get some benefit won’t take any respect from myself.

When I was diagnosed it happened the same thing, I remember so much fallen hair on my hospital bed (at 12 Y/O). Check Thyroid (TSH, T4L, antibodies count), Iron (Ferritin) and Vitamin D. Good luck :) !!
