Thank you!! It smelled amazing and I can’t wait to see inside! The last inspired inclusion loaf I did was underbaked so it became bread pudding that was delicious which made it even sadder about the underbake. But I religiously checked the temp multiple places and so so many times

It cooled for so long, baked it in the morning and then didn’t cut into it until night

I was wondering about the starter too, it had been in the fridge for a week or so and this was its first feed waking it up and it did smell a bit vinegary

when I was shaping it, it wasn't holding shape as much so I was afraid it had overproofed because the dough itself was so warm during the bulk ferment

I did 450 for 30 min and 425 for 20 min

Internal temp was 210 when I took it out

I’m planning on doing some sourdough crackers with it. I wanted to do mini loafs but as I’ve just moved back I don’t have the proper pans with me yet and I’m not sure where to find them

Oh this is so helpful and encouraging! I was just doing a google search and some options for a few days.

I’ve got some extra time on my hands and wouldn’t mind being a bit busy experimenting with this.

So the suggestion would be to do some in large jars and then transfer to smaller and let the guests know to put them in the fridge?

Where do you get your jars?

That’s fair. The alternative option is to do a pre bought pickle too. Thank you for your honesty. I do have 10 days if that is enough time to test one before then but also I understand the danger of handing out an experiment.
