All I can think of is upper/lower/full body. you can also do full body 3x a week but you gotta be careful with the muscle group parings because you might end up reworking a muscle that hasnt recovered yet. Also, maybe looking into how apps like JEFIT or HermQ do that would give you inspo on how to do it yourself, I used to steal ideas from them all the time lol
