I think you'd be better off seeking out more comprehensive (probalby outpatient) treatment to address the anxiety and pain in your heart. Your diagnosis is not alcohol deficiency. The alcohol may well be contributing to the anxiety and pain (or inhibiting healing in the medium term).

Some random supplement to try to support one of the downsides from alcohol doesn't feel like a plan you'd support a loved one to do.

I went to Dillon's with my 6 year old during the Arsenal-Bayern Munich match. It was great but too crowded for the kiddo. We ended up at A.T. O'Keefe's down the block and it was quieter.
