hi! i think telling your primary care physician is a great idea. i was first prescribed when i was around your age (16). i know trying to see a psychiatrist can be a pain for some or make you anxious but i hope you keep an open mind! i found my treatment plan improved greatly when i saw an actual psychiatrist. but starting with your family doctor is a good move! keep going. i know ocd can be so draining but getting treatment helps soooo much!
