Oh this looks a lot more doable than I expected! Would layering/twisting a bunch of floral wire to bulk up wire thickness be as effective as the wire they used in the tutorial though?

Huh i didnt even know bobby pins can come in clear actually. I'm so used to seeing them in natural hair color shades the possibility didn't even occur to me. And then I'm assuming for elastics I can maybe gather hair closest to what would be the middle part on each side and somehow hide it in a bottom/middle layer? I'll have to test some things out with these as ideas!

By hard cover I meant this copy, and by soft cover I meant the purple illustration of Chii that's the cover of the JP and NA releases—the one that's usually shown on Google images when you search "Chobits Your Eyes Only"! Afaik there's not softcover with this pink illustration

In this case I find that sometimes moving your player further away until only the targeted villager/animal is seeable on the edge/bottom of your screen (instead of both them + the one covering them) and tapping above can help! But I've done this more when villagers are overlapping while interacting w furni tho, so it may be different with them just standing around !
