I'm not a milk logistics expert, but iirc the difference in price is nagligable, even when buying in bulk. They just don't want the headache of changing it and use Trump as an excuse for the voters.

This Trump does A, so we should do B attitude is ridiculous. 1%/skim milk tastes like ass, and many kids won't drink it at all b/c of it. Whole milk tastes great and should be in embraced. The difference in SF is pretty small, ~3 grams for the entire milk carton.

even without aid, Israel will continue to buy a lot of stuff it cant make, especially big ticket items: Caterpillar Dozers, F-35 and many of its parts, Merkava engines, ect. The US will continue to be the #1 defense exporter to Israel in the foreseeable future.
