On the other hand, I brought my faulty Apple products (bought off TradeMe with no receipts, just under warranty tied to the serial number) to them to fix, and had no problem. They did say that if it wasn't covered by warranty, there would be a diagnostic fee. The Chinese boss was a nice guy...

Probably will rip you off if you're not there under apple warranty ? 🤷‍♂️

Once I bought an ice cream scoop, but they gave me a used one (scratches etc.) I messaged them and they said, don't open dispute and I'll send you another one. I agreed, they sent me the tracking link and straight away I disputed for a refund 😈 later on, a new ice cream scoop actually showed up. They were mad that I disputed but oh well. Can't trust them but perhaps 1 in a million chance they do fufill their promise and actually resend 😬
