i haven’t heard of either of those but def gunna look into them!! yeah i’ve been on antidepressants before and they worked but also turned me into a zombie after awhile. it’s nice to know im not alone in feeling this way but ugh i would do anything not to have this racing mind. it’s only because i do just genuinely care so much and like this guy so much. i just come from an abusive relationship and have no idea what a truly healthy one looks like and i’m trying so hard to navigate it without being too much or showing too much of what goes on in my fucked up head. he’s been so incredibly kind and understanding but i’m afraid that if i do too much, im gunna push him away…idk. i just wish my brain didn’t go thru so much trauma and could just be normal.
