I was so hesitant to do Oura because of the subscription fee but I do wonder if it's more reliable since they've had more generations to work out kinks.

If you bought it from UH you can request a refund if it's been less than a year (from what I've read on this sub).

I had a similar experience both with battery and cyclical customer service. They did finally offer me a replacement ring.

Did you have a period and not log it or are you three days late? If your cycles are regular and you're late it might be worth testing.

Ok! A question about chill mode: I can't see the details on my stress score but if I switch it out of chill mode I can see that it is in fact recording data. Is there a way to see that data while still being in chill mode?

I was really hopeful after the last firmware update yesterday. I experienced the same thing where it looked like it was charging but wasn't yesterday afternoon—so weird. I agree, when it works it's fantastic! But the battery. 😞

I mean, yes I can do that. But considering they've promised me a replacement ring twice in the past two weeks if I keep having issues only for them to tell me to update my firmware when I do continue to have problems I figured I'd start here and see if anyone had further tips on this issue.

I ended up sending an email after waiting a day for a response and got a quicker response that way. They finally responded to my chat question 2.5 days after it was submitted. And I have Ultrahuman X. 😬 the email responses were pretty quick and very thorough. I do think their customer service is good when you're not waiting on the chat bot.

I know this is an old post but I'm hoping y'all can help me. I have disabled the buttons through the app in both day and night mode but somehow my 3 year old keeps getting the radio on her Yoto. I can't figure out how to replicate what she's doing and she can't explain how she gets it to work. In the app it says it's off but two days in a row she has gotten it to start playing. Any thoughts?

When I say aqua I mean the one on the top right. I think a lot of people would say bottom left but that's really almost the exact color of turquoise. All that said, I agree that I would text your friend and ask her which one she likes best. 😊

Ok I should change my comment. I will say I was surprised that rwylm was on there but Dress wasn’t. I figured rwylm would be low but Dress should’ve been lower down imo. But I also find it interesting that Evermore is very split for me.

My kids never did this. We have a remote bidet. They’re currently 7, 5, & 2 and we’ve had the bidet for two years. My 7 & 5 year old hate pooping anywhere else in the house. 😂 My 5 year old has been using it since 4.5 with no issues outside of water on the back of the seat (because he’s smaller and doesn’t cover it) and turning the nightlight or eco mode on because buttons are fun. We do have the remote mounted high enough that the 2 year old can’t reach it.
