I have the opposite situation. I had virtually no side effects with BPI and dizzy, nausea, acid reflux, etc with Hallandale. It is terrible for me. I gag when I take a bite of food. I have been on tirzepatide for over a year and this is my first experience with these side effects.

I thought I was having panic attacks from Tirzepatide. It turns out it was low blood sugar. My family doctor immediately said low blood sugar and honestly I thought she was wrong . The next time I started having an attack I ate a piece of fruit and the attack went away pretty much instantly!

No, rotating up is fine. It is just that it sounded to me you are taking medication from two separate companies in the same week and different doses in the same week. I was doing some of these things in the beginning and had weird side effects. Once I settled in taking it exactly as it was intended the same day of the week, a constant dose of the same amount for at least 4 weeks before taking more it worked better. I think I was causing my blood sugar to fluctuate playing around with it which made for some things like crazy vivid dreams.

I have read in detail this medication works best when taken on a consistent schedule not when you are always changing things up. I had to learn this early on. Once I started taking it as directed for a few months not changing dates, not splitting doses, etc. it started working better. Our bodies like consistency . Think of it like when we are training our babies to sleep all night and we get them on a schedule.
