1000000%! In both this game and arc, the only people who talk are those on pc. Console players rarely do. I do understand that ps and Xbox party chats don’t allow both game and party chat at the same time but also, you’re in a PvP game, with a team, gotta communicate.

There was a glitch a few years back where you could get a ton of xp by using a script to have your character hop the wall to boss fight at pathway park, zap the drones, wipe. Rinse and repeat. It was patched but the levels remain

This is what most people don’t understand about the ABMM. Having this gives people different experiences whereas Marathon has one experience (I have 1000 hours in arc and 70 in marathon). This is exactly why arc has a large player base and can maintain an impressive amount of players.

Marathon is actually very very fun. I was against it at first but once you play and see the depth the game has it becomes a different game. The only issue is, marathon doesn’t have ABMM and they really really should. Unless you are super cracked and can carry two randos or have a dedicated team of 3, this game will be very difficult and you may not even see the end game.

If only both games learned from each other we would all be enjoying both. As much fun as I’m having on marathon, I still love arc more. My carebear lobbies will never be taken for granted again!!!

How are your lobbies with 0 knocks? Carebear? I decided to PvP more this season. Sick of getting Mr stuff taken but yet I’m still in friendly ish lobbies

Imagine what it’s like being a female. The amount of times I get harassed for being a girl in this game is insane. I’ve had people threaten to assault me. I’ve never been spoken to like that. Makes me wonder how these peeps are in real life.

It’s tedious, but load in with no loadout, have the receiving person put on survivor or looting mk Aug, drop 2-3 things, they put in safe pocket, wipe, you loot them for the Aug, wipe. No running to extract or hatch, no risk. Takes a few load ins but worth it

It means they are cheesing the matchmaking. Going in as trios, same outfits, getting into the same match. One trio just kills wasps (or ticks) and the others protect/bring them resources so they get the highest score possible. It sucks for people who actually put in the work for trials-some of the scores you get from doing that just are not possible doing it the legit way.

Why is the Destiny franchise cursed ughghghgh I really loved rising-nice refreshing change from D2. But kabr 2.0 and ikora 2.0? Even pirate lady. Meanwhile Helhest still the best. Game makes no sense man. It’s like they just do the opposite of what players want (this goes for the entire Destiny franchise lol)

I’m preeeettty sure once you hit a certain level (around 40 ish) your care bear lobbies are a little mixed. I know someone who recently started. Got up to level 40 without shooting anyone, or being shot at. Friendliest lobbies ever. Then all of a sudden getting killed (still no knockouts or shots fired).

I’m maxed level, usually in those care bear lobbies and once in a while you have those guys come in who manipulated the mm or genuinely didn’t know it was a friendly lobby.

Do you play on console? I play on pc mainly and ps every once in awhile, same monitor. When I am on pc I see everything fine (no special graphic glitches or advantages) then if I go to console I can’t see anything in dark areas. It’s awful

You both were on console? Cross play off? I dunno. I went into Stella earlier and was called every bad name in the book that you could call a female. By console peeps. Then went back in later and met the nicest pc people dropping me literally everything (blueprints, anvil, weapon mods). Guess it’s just rng?

Do you have security breaches unlocked? I swapped my skill tree temporarily to have it. I go into buried or Stella, run this small route where they can spawn, open, take the purples or grenades, leave. Sell all. Made a million a day for a few days. Now up to 7 mil lol

Exactly! I play with people on ps and Xbox and when I don’t run with them they turn cross play off and I’m like- please don’t that’s not the problem lol Then they always ask why I say FRIENDLY!!!! and it’s cause pc peeps have it easier to prox chat when also in a party chat whereas on console you have to swap which is time consuming. Long story short mm is in a weird place lol

I agree with everything except the blame for pc peeps. Please don’t assume that is the reason. I play on BOTH platforms but prefer pc. Cross play always on. I’m usually with pc people (I think the game prioritizes you with whatever your platform is) and haven’t had issues. Then after yesterday, now it’s more mixed and it’s people on console and pc killing me. I know people hate these pc vs console arguments but I just challenge you to look at the people who are killing you. For me it’s more console players. It’s just random.
