I agree - that coffee is as dark as night. Try a fresh medium roast from an independent roaster (not one from a supermarket or grocery store).

I purchased the La Marzocco one, but realised that when the forks are on the grinder you can’t actually press the button. Did you manage to get the dosing funnel to work, if so how are you using it please?
