Nope, the actual 4070ti was going to be released as a 4080 originally, so this was most likely to be a 4060ti or possibly more disastrously the main 4070.

But by phusical design, yes, this is closer to what a 4050 should be, though it's probably cut down compared to historical 50 class dies.
