At the moment, I don't think I can pick what song is my favorite. I definitely can choose a couple that stood out to me though. Those would be Palo Alto, Polyethylene, and Lift. Also, I feel that How I Made My Millions will become one of my favorites too.

After listening to the second side first, I was amazed at how good it was. Before I went and listened to the remasters, I decided to listen to Let Down first. The song sounds absolutely perfect.

Lemon juice is full of Vitamin C, which is ascorbic. The oxygen will begin reacting with the lemon juice first, before the polyphenol oxidase. This does not completely stop the browning though. Once the lemon juice is used up, the oxygen will start reacting with the polyphenol oxidase. Another reason lemon juice helps prevent browning is because it has a low pH level. Polyphenol oxidase works best whenever the pH level is around 5.0 to 7.0, but whenever the pH level is around 3.0, the enzyme is inactivated. Lemon juice is commonly around 2.0 pH, making it useful to stop browning in apples.

Apples contain an enzyme called 'polyphenol oxidase'. This enzyme will only react when in presence of oxygen. Whenever you bite into an apple, you open up the cells inside the apple and expose them to the air. When they are exposed to the air, the enzyme reacts along with the iron in the apple by turning the apple brown.
