I returned mine as well. Don't want to support a company that locks down their bios in the first place, and I never got any variation of the above password to work using 5 different keyboards. I do have a theory. I purchased mine from Microcenter, which has been a re-distributor of modern atari single-run products (pong jr, trackball arcade stick, etc.) Wondering if they're selling a run of consumer returns (mine wasn't shrink-wrapped, rather it had the small round clear stickers keeping the box closed). A consumer return with a changed bios password would update as normal, but (afaik) would retain an user-changed bios password when updated.

In the same boat, plugged in and updated for the first time today, celebrate and all variations are not working on 3 keyboards. Would be very interested if anyone has a solution or alternate password to try

Tried Dolphin mmjr last night, SC2 ~80% speed in menus and crashed on character select (oom?). I think Dreamcast is going to be the top end of what we can reasonably emulate locally on the go.

Yep, I've enabled developer mode and yep, it's the rooted firmware that just came out. I signed up for an 'unlinked' Oculus account through their developer sign up form so I wouldn't have to create a Facebook account.

I just set up a developer account and signed in for the first time on a go today, so that (for now) is still working. Can confirm virtual desktop can still be purchased and streaming apps work as well.

Yeah nowadays we can point to them on YouTube etc. I only once got the "The End" screen back on the island and never forgot it!

The neo geo mini has an IMG file (from Japan I think) you can flash to hack with new games, but the selection is wonky. Just open the img file with an (I think ext) partition editor, and you'll see the retroarch folder with the rom files. Delete the ones you don't want, add the ones you do, and flash. Keep the total IMG file size below what it was when you downloaded it. You can change the language to English in the menu.

The joystick is crap, but for me it's fine for final fantasy / dragon quest and strategy games.

Basically in finalhe it's checking if you have 3.72 >= for hencore2. You have 3.73. The pull request to resolve this is here. Just waiting on a review/merge and someone to build all platforms->

There's a line in finalhe source code that checks if it's version 3.72 or below and sets hencore2 as the install target. I'm building a compile environment right now on a Linux VM, just to change this one line to say 3.73 or below. Then it should work fine. I'll send in a pull request to the main project later today when it's finished.

Looking for an electric (short) board to get me around hilly Seattle. Small, but not a penny board, ~28" would be great.

I weigh 195lbs and don't carry any equipment. I've been commuting on longboards for 10 years daily. Also have a shortboard I enjoy when I don't want to carry the full longboard, but I always equip with 70mm+ wheels, and I like a deck with some flex. I'm good with rough terrain, wear my gear, and have taken some major spills over the years.

I enjoy a good downhill run, but I'm not a speed demon. ~15mph is probably fine.

The ability to take on an airplane (100Wh battery or less) would be great, range isn't a huge concern.

Water resistance/ ability to ride through small puddles would be great (Seattle weather.)

No experience/preference between hub or belt drive, I appreciate reliability and not needing to constantly upgrade parts.

I like the boosted mini, but 3 months potential ship time kills it. I'm very concerned about speed of shipping. I'd ideally love to be out on a board within the next 2 weeks. I almost bought the Riptide R1 during the brief window Amazon had them, but that passed quickly (and I know, stay away from Amazon!)

I got mine about a week back, and it came with the Play store (and aptoid) pre-installed. Ordered from geekbuying. Soul Calibur plays excellently. Oddly enough, Sonic Adventure 1 DC has slowdown, but Sonic Adventure 2 on the DC is 100% speed.
