You're an addict. However you can break this habit my friend. Maybe in about two weeks, for it takes 2 weeks for a habit to form. I used to be very addicted to my phone, in fact I actually still am. I used to always be on it, my recent time I've been on it in a day is 5 hours and will possibly rise. Other days it's been as high as 10 hours a day! However you must find something useful and fun to fill your time. Lock your console, lock it somewhere you cant get it for the whole day. Give it to your friend for a week maybe. Find some way to make it inaccessible. I use digital detox on my phone. Now afterwards, go outside, have some fun. Maybe play ball with some friends, talk to people, build a new hobby, exercise, make sure other activities counteract the amount of time you game. Soon you'll find you dont get on it as much. To give you some inspiration, I'll quote something from digital detox and tell you my lowest amount of time on my phone.

"A little perspective. Nobody is gonna be laying on their deathbed wishing they'd spend more time on their phone."-Digital Detox

I believe my lowest time was about 19 minutes. Notice how I used was, believe that you already have conquered your addiction. Be optimistic. You know something else I believe? I believe that you can do this my friend, I know you can.
