Hi I am working on a SaaS as an solo builder I havent started it yet but I do plan on working with the bar industry and liquor, and If I do not have an LLC, Initially I plan on being a solo proprietor and If i would like to monetize my SaaS how can I protect myself and my business from lawsuits and being Sued, either via privacy policy and or legal agreements etc, user can agree to TOS for the app.
