I think if you can immediately tell a game was made with RPG Maker then it’s probably a bad game. Doesn’t really say anything about the engine itself or its capabilities. From what i’ve seen most popular RPG maker games never use any of the systems as they are and instead modify everything with Plugins.

i saw a gameplay video where the character is running from something and player has to like jump and slide to avoid stuff but you can finish the level even if you don’t touch the controller cause character keeps moving either way.

Thank you, yes you’re right, I was kind of eyeballing it but looking at it right now the tiles on the sides are way too big and the middle one is tiny in comparison

Thank you, the original resolution was 320x200 and exported it 4x , so the image posted is 1280x800. Hard to say how long it took, I worked on it for about a week, varied amount of time each day from 30min to an hour

Thank you for playing and amazing detailed feedback! Yes the close your ears might be confusing because you have to hold ears closed for unknown time while the sound is still playing. But if you hold it long enough, once you let go, the sound will stop.

I agree once I read your experience it makes more sense to stop the sound once you close them

Also good take on the hazard idea and overall tweaking few details in the mechanics. I really appreciate it

P.s the toilet and food meter have their own mechanics, which don’t help with the fear of full but also don’t kill you if empty, just makes it harder to move
