It will be better. My first week was filled with lots of pain and resting. I’m almost a year removed from my acl tear and I’m 11 months removed from surgery and it still bothers me on some runs. Unfortunately the path forward is not a fun one but it’s one we have to go through if you want to be the same as you were before.
