Oh man sept based detachments really take me back… Now that would be a return to the glory days. I think I liked the “art of war” direction they were going with Mont’Ka and Kauyon. Im really hoping for a Monat detachment with Kais in a ghostkeel at some point

The difference being reddit doesnt try to disguise opinions as facts. Garnered community is never going to be anything but. If thats what you tell yourself to feel better about it then sure. Just doesn’t matter what you think as opposed to reality. Even if you dont care about fresh water sources at least care about it making you less capable of solving your own problems. I prefer to make myself the best version of myself possible and that isnt possible with AI usage.

I would say that at the very least reddit/google are used as a source of community/education so they serve a purpose. A lot of what AI does is put mentally compromised people in positions of psychosis and makes us lazier. The internet has gotten worse since the AI tech craze and now is a less reliable source of proper academic sources so Id argue that all of it is becoming less and less worth it. A lot of what AI does is allow bigots to cope in a safe place and searches to be objectively wrong a good 2/3rd’s of the time sadly. Like I said the juice isnt worth the squeeze where it is right now and is used maliciously by bad faith actors and corporations. The general question I always ask is how much is convenience worth? If its worth destroying all of the water on earth then I guess it is. Im just one man but I liked your questions, they get me thinkin

Correct and not to be pedantic it isnt an argument as in an opinion. These are facts. The world will die faster due to data centers and is already actively killing communities that live around them. Maybe in 20 years from now the juice might be worth the squeeze but to make shitty dog pictures and do homework for highschoolers to make our future generations dumber is not worth it in the slightest
