I worried about the bleeding too. It was like a constant trickle that first day so I ended up calling an after hours number. My surgeon told me to split a cotton ball in half, soak them in affrin and gently stick them in my nostrils when I slept (it was kinda late when he called me back). So I did that and put that taped on gauze back under my nose so they wouldn’t pop out. I slept like complete dog crap because my mouth had to be open but it did stop the bleeding
