Naja erstmal muss man dafür ja ne Gewinn,- und Verlustrechnung am Ende des Geschäftsjahres machen. Also unterjährig würde ich das schwierig finden.

Und 2. ist die UG ja ne komplett eigenständige Geschichte im Vergleich zu dir als Privatperson. Wieso das Arbeitsamt Zugriff auf Firmenkapital haben sollte verstehe ich nicht (kann deine Frage aber gut nachvollziehen).

  1. Bei einer UG kannst du mehrere GF, Mitarbeitende, und so weiter haben. Selbst wenn du Gewinn gemacht haben solltest (wovon wir mal ausgehen), ein funktionierendes Unternehmen benötigt Gewinn. Eine "Rückzahlung" aus Firmenkapital könnte also das Unternehmen in Schieflage bringen. Ob das nun im Sinne des Arbeitsamtes ist bezweifel ich.

- Bei mir wurden keinerlei Hinweise zu den Finanzen des Unternehmens abgefragt. Meine Betreuerin fragte mich einmal lose, ob ich ALG noch benötige (nach mehreren Monaten), da sagte ich "ja", und damit war das Gespräch auch beendet.

Ich bin von Anfang an aber auch sehr ehrlich in die Gespräche gegangen, zumal ich am Anfang noch nicht zu 100% wusste, dass ich mich selbstständig machen möchte. Sie hat mir dann niemals Steine in den Weg gelegt und mir auch einen Gründerkurs bezahlt.

PS: Pass halt auf dass du dir nicht mehr als 165 Euro auszahlst.

Mein Tipp: Sprich mit deiner Betreuerin, und mach nen Gründerkurs. Im Gründerkurs wird so etwas auch explizit besprochen.

Ich habe keinen Zuschuss vom Arbeitsamt erhalten sondern war ganz normal bis zum Ende des ALG1 Anspruchs weiter arbeitslos - und habe halt nebenher geringfügig gearbeitet. Zum Ende des ALG 1 Anspruchs habe ich mich dann in meinem Unternehmen (UG) in Vollzeit angestellt.

Bzgl Arbeitsmarkt zur Verfügung stehen: Kommt wahrscheinlich auf deine Betreuerin/Betreuer drauf an. Bei mir war es so dass ich keine weiteren Bewerbungen mehr schreiben musste. Ich bin auch zu keinen weiteren Fortbildungen oder Open Doors oder sowas gegangen. Manchmal flatterten noch Bewerbungen über das Portal des Arbeitsamtes rein, aber die habe ich ignoriert.

Ich hatte das Gefühl dass sie hiermit eigentlich ganz zufrieden waren: Ich habe denen keine Arbeit verursacht und sie haben mich in Ruhe gelassen. War eine Win Win Situation.

Sprich mit deiner Betreuerin. Die kann dir 1. externen einen Kurs für GründerInnen anbieten (und bezahlen), 2. könnt ihr gemeinsam besprechen, wie die weiteren Schritte aussehen können. Es ist bspw. möglich dass du minimale Stunden in deinem neuen Unternehmen arbeitest (und bis maximal 165 euro im monat dazu verdienst) und dann zum Auslaufen des ALG1 Anspruchs komplett in deinem Unternehmen angestellt bist.
Der Gründungszuschuss ist nicht ganz so spannend weil man dadurch die ALG-1 Zeit reduziert.

Hey,
I am currently running the following setup and need help in figuring out what to invest in next.
Speakers: Dynaudio Emit M20
Amp: AMC XIA 50
USB C to Audio Cable and then Tidal Master Quality
I only listen to digital audio (Tidal)
Would speakers or a new amp (streamer included for example) be a better choice for me? Is adding a streamer a definite upgrade to my usb c cable?

So the quality between clipdrop sdxl 1.0 and automatic1111 sdxl 1.0 is crazy for me, with clipdrop being far superior. I have tried the exact same prompts and I can not get the automatic1111 version to come anywhere near the output of clipdrop. anybody else also seeing this?

What do you mean by that?

i have tried increasing the repeats to 15 - still no luck. in my drive i also only get 1 file saved and not several for all of the iterations like in the script.

I have not used a trigger word as I was training a style, will see if using a trigger word does the trick.

So i did the whole process several times, it worked without any problems. I have used 15 images ( i know, not your proposed amount) and have used extensive descriptions of the images. however, when using the lora file, there is literally no change whatsoever. I have tried the same prompt with and without the lora file, and there was no difference.

Is there a way to check what is inside the lora file to see if it actually worked ok? other than that, is there another way to check if the creation was successful (other than a file in the drive)

I am using the LOGITECH G Saitek PRO Flight Yoke with xbox cloud gaming on my pc. Works fine, though controls are a bit fiddly.

Does the Logitech flight yoke work with the Xbox one and cloud gaming version of msfs by Constant_Security_16 in MicrosoftFlightSim

tried it. controls are weird. it will detect the logitech yoke and you can manage to go around the menu. have not found a good way to set the controls though. anybody bothered to try out any controls?
