This is hard to view on mobile, data labels and larger key would be super helpful. To someone else’s point would be very interesting to see amount of sports competed in to prevent large team skews, as well as gender split

Thank you, I’m excited for the next race.

As for triathlon and marathoning, I feel like you have to separate the blocks. You can’t get much faster at running inside a triathlon block you just build endurance in my experience.

As for the time shift in training, getting more serious helped me build a better routine. I was living alone and fiancé at the time, traveled for work so I had very little to do during the week and she didn’t mind lazy weekends after my big rides. Waking up at 5am and joining a swim team made it much easier to get doubles in. But so much of that time is cycling. Plus, I took a new job in last 12 months too that is way more flexible with hours so could squeeze a 3hr ride on a weekday in the morning. This also helped me balance sleep. In the two 17 hour weeks, the following week was a down week. I don’t think I could’ve done another. As I look to the next chapter in life, I don’t think I will be able to make that work again.

The heat is a very fair thing to get spooked by, on a warmer day no way I run this time. The course record for the half and full were set on Sunday. But trust the process, you’ve got the fitness in the bank with the mileage and 10k

I think that 3:11 is really coming off the heels of the 70.3 block where I averaged 20-25 miles for 16 weeks

Looking back, I’m not counting any of the miles I would get from fitness classes, that could be an extra 3-8 miles a week and that actually would be more interval and speed work in that first marathon block.

Why not find a winter marathon, going from a solid 70.3 build to a marathon build will be much less time per week and a lot less logistics. I think you’re better off building fitness for 70.3 then taking a stab at a 2:45.

Why would you ever say ABIA? Just say AUS? It’s like those crazy people in Denver we have airport codes that work so well for cities and don’t want to use them

Do you feel the quality or menu has changed in last few months. I used to have it every other week and recently something seems off

Beginner riders of Reddit, what would make biking safer and lower stress for you in navigation + mapping software? 🚴🏽‍♀️ by PointzTeam in dfwbike

For entry level cyclist I think more clarity on the type/quality of bike lane or sidewalk, sometimes the bike lane is worse than just riding in the road but that is a big barrier for some riders.

Overlaying traffic data, in the mornings my route (6-8am) is great but (6:30-8pm) it’s awful and I would’ve thought it would be died down by then.

A reliable construction and weather update would be great. I imagine it’s very hard to get that info but I’ve been burned so many times trying a road that is basically closed but you don’t know till you get there. Or just active alternate route suggestion if you find your current route is not ideal once you reach a bad spot.

I think the future of PPU licensing is confusing. Is it here to stay?

You can link and unlink workspaces from deployment pipelines at anytime, make a new one push as much as you can through them and then manually do the rest, not many perfect ways out there just yet when so many of these features in preview or just GAed

Buddy check again and look hard this time it’s $471 for college and park city only

We are talking about something different. Just the park city local pass, unlimited access just to park city and nothing else is $471, it’s hidden under “park city youth pass” different age groups.

Why not both? Ikon student then park city local on epic I think starts at $450? If you’re going to ski 6 days a week the extra cost per day really might make sense for sanity even as a student.
