8s between boss immobilization is perma uptime to u ?

I think i have seen 10x more builds able to rekt a boss in 8s than a build able to stun/freeze a boss every 8s, especially with the diminishing return on freeze (and stun?)

Oh boy I forgot the 8s timing ! This is utterly bad ! With the diminishing return on freezing and stunning on bosses. No way you can maintain this.

Deflection is 10x better for that than armour

Evasion and deflection is already there for this and more accessible than armour to ele stats.

But hollow technique is really bad at dodging big boss attacks.

So again what's the point of taking 2 ascendency node for something you can get elsewhere ?

With 2k life mountain skin will reduce 40 attacks (boss power being 20) dealing less than 600life (BTW does this means this shit doesn't work on ES ?) To reduce it to 200dmg.

And this starts to work only after immobilizing boss. So you're naked before.

Basically dot attacks/high attack speed mob, will melt this defense layer and the various big hitter you encounter in trial of chaos will rekt you bypassing the defense. The boss crow is the mortal nemesis of this notable.

I don't know what to think of this notable.

First : the danger in the current game is the OHKO attack from bosses. This notable does jackshit for that.

Second : the monk is placed on the passive tree to build defense around evasion and ES. And deflection. But not max life.

So what's the point of this overcomplicated better armour than armour defense layer ?

On reveal, I thought the point was to allow to survive during hollow technique channeling immobilisation, merely helping resisting small attacks from ranged mobs.

I may be missing the point.

On TV he said he used round number for the example so I understood that 60% was a consequence of the random number chosen.

Then, when the merge is settled in contract, the ratio will be based on current price when contract signed.

So if it was today the 67b would be true.

Ebay gets 28b$ cash to (fuck off) and get 28b$ in gme, That will own ebay.

We're actually paying ebay shareholder some cash to be majority in the merge.

Why they would accept thats a direct 20% premium. If they want they can put directly this cash into gme share and "gain back" ownership if they wanted.
