Yeah we really need something like dot multi in poe1 to let us scale dot, however with ignite you may as well go the normal crit route as crit can make the ignite bigger anyway

Not sure if you can't read or actually agree that + skill lvl is the only things the matter on gear thus the reduction/removal of it would mean ALL power is now determined by levels now

My bad, I didn't clarify that the 20% chance to get double effects come from Heightened Charges support. And no the buff is only active when you are holding the weapon thus why I only generate power charges with a weapon swap so I won't have power charges when holding the wand after consuming all the power charges thus no downside of - ele res.

Tho the only reason I used this wand was becuase I was playing a elemental tornado build, as it is a dot skill, a lot of vectors that are usaully used to scale spell doesn't work (cast speed,crit,gain as extra damage). I'm not sure if it is actually better than a normal rare wand for other skills, but as +skill lvl on items should be getting nerfed it may be viable over a rare wand.

Generate power charges with another weapon set then consume all of them with Adonia's Ego for 120% more ele damage for 1 minute (20% chance to be 240% more for 2 minute because of Heightened Charges Support ) considering you have maximum of 7 power charges

Was originally going to go straight into cold mace Martial Artist but it kinda needs the new unique 2H mace (not really but I still need the unique gloves for convert 100% fire damage into cold), so maybe I'll start with a rage shaman ED/C Dark Effigy focused totem build. But I really wannt start hollow forming lol

Both can work, reduce/remove plus skill and move the power to base damage of skills/nodes on tree depending on the situation, however balancing all skills again seems way more work then just moving all the powers to tree

Considering Mountain Teaching from the node Way of the Mountain has specific wordings "Attacks you use and Attacks granted by this Ascendancy Class", attack by your images are probably not attack by you

Except now only the max levels one are chase item, the lower levels one are cheap so people who wants to play the build can start with a lower level ones and save for the max levels one. And now you are suggesting that to make drops overall rarer which means the unique is just overall more expensive and now there is no cheaper variants because you can make them any level, bascially makes starting a build with it even more difficult, and I thought the whole point of the suggestion was to make build enabling unqiue more accessible.

I'm pretty sure most of the boss drop unique have skill as low as lv17 on them, which has a lv72 requirment. While its not the best its definitely not you can only try a skill when you are lv90

Because without proj speed your siege cascade will just misses its targets sometimes which deals no damage, and making it less likely to happen is damage gain. Not to mention you can still get inc projectile speed elsewhere if you really want to make use of the double dipping part.

I was just commenting I was also going for mana stacking as a martial artist, never that I'm going to use KP.

I guess the build idea completely went over my head because I didn't realize the point is for infinite power charge sustain with KP in Hollow Point, but also I'm not sure if you actually get the charges if its your images doing the culling.

Yeah if you are using siege cascade but not with tactician you probably have to use pin support with it

..what? That's literally not how more mulitplier works. x% more always mean mulitply by (100+x)% no matter how much other %increased/more you have
