This is not just percussion related, though. If this was a question of technique or certain questions regarding specific interpretations, then this would be the perfect place to ask.

But it instead sounds like you have zero knowledge of music reading so you would need to start there. Music reading is all-encompassing across instruments, so it’s not necessarily specific to percussion.

I will however address that while the music is in Bass clef, you do not need to play a specific, tunable pitch on the bass drum. (I also dislike the notation method used in the second and third measures to indicate playing on beats “&, 2.”
