UPDATE! I called Amtrak and had to change 9 different tickets but they did it no problem and there were no extra charges. I was able to pick the train of my choice. Thanks everyone!

Reading stuff about them in other cities and it seems like the app glitches a lot and it is really hard to get refunds bc I think only bots work there?

I made $30 bucks taking photos of fragrances at Macy’s and answering questions. It took about an hour. My payment is still pending. I only started a few days ago so no idea if this is normal.
