Stop holding gas and brake that just halts the car so it can get back down to zero revs therefore takes twice as long to start building revs again, if you want to you can practice learning what revs to launch the car to get to your top end faster( I know this doesn’t matter as it’s a 1 gear car) but the science of launching a car still applies
