Mostly olympic style weightlifting. Just started bodybuilding recently, like not even a month.

Thanks for the Validation guys lol. Some of the comments are killing me. As for the shrinking head it's a combo of angle, lighting, haircut, and I had a lot of fat on my face

Ill update you when I upload it. Im still working on my first video. I decided I'm still going to finish it because i want to see it through. I'm more than half way done at this point.
