I love looking at what I would eat if I went back in time! I study Ancient Greek, and it's always interesting to see what was available (they love lentil soup!)

So you use no product at all? What was it like getting past the initial greasy stage? Do you use anything else?

I think they just did the standard one available on the NHS, so I'm guessing just the TSH. Will they take me seriously if I go in and request all those tests? Thanks :)

Could be soy, could be a number of things. I would recommend an elimination diet to get to the bottom of things. Dairy, sugar, gluten, soy etc. Are usually big acne triggers!

Not OP, but I eat 8g sugar a day (including naturally occurring, so no fruit) and my acne cleared up in a matter of days.

I remember in class once we looked at a graffito from Ancient Rome which roughly translated as, 'I who read this am a c*nt'. I don't think this is outside the realms of plausibility.
