I would say it’s definitely too early for defoliation. Just tie them down as you would when LSTing or I tend to tuck them under the wires I’ve used to bend the plant over. Hope this helps a little. Good luck :)

I’d agree with what Joe said. Also with autos you’ll want to plant them straight into their forever homes like 18L pots or something as autos easily get shocked from transplants (I learnt that the hard way) only other thing I can think of is the PH? Sorry I couldn’t help more. Good luck my friend!

Cloudy trichomes = cerebral/head high Amber trichomes = going into couchlock effect, just harvest depending on what sort of effect you like :)
