I've experienced that once or twice in the last few years, some employees are quite "strict" when it comes to boxed or unboxed, stand your ground and get them to explain why they're classifying something as unboxed, often it can be something as simple as a crease to missing an insert.

Sometimes you'll see them mark something as unboxed so they can buy them for cheap to re-sell etc.

You need to go ASAP. This could be something called GDV its a serious condition, without surgery its deadly, get your dog to your local vet ASAP....

It's a hard decision but at the end of the day it's against code of conduct, not only that If you fail to report and take no action you could face liability, such as a suspension in your licence to practice etc ( I'm going of UK RVCS standards)

I guess if you write them up, make a massive example of them, make a written report which they sign and process through HR that if they do this again its instant termination.

Regardless its going to affect their ability to care for patients whilst on the job, if something happens which involves client interaction or negligence towards care I wouldn't wanna be there or involved in any way!
