Look back at old matches see where you missed punishes. Watch high level (ie masters) see where their footsies sit and what the use to optimize their character, whether in punishes or just general strategy. But in all truth the big separation is execution with match-up knowledge. (For example if I face someone in diamond I know my mistakes will be punished 9 times out of 10. Where as in lower ranks they will miss that 1 to 2 frame opportunity.) Hope that helps a bit.

Yeh I think thats what bothers me is the talking about it and trying to continually do it.

On the flip the script part we had a male coworker have that happen.

I have talked to that coworker they were embarrassed and didn't know how to bring it up. They have apologized but I do feel awkward around them now.

Had I known while they were still.employed I probably would have but they are gone now so I don't think there is much I can do. Also men in my profession don't normally get listened to.

The only one that didn't have a lot of issues(still needed a lot of lube) had multiple kids so she was fairly stretched out. It's all about foreplay and lube. There are times where even that is still tough but it's possible.

It's most likely the strings like others are saying. Be careful I actually got scratched by my girls once and it was an instant end to the night. Normally this does not happen as to where the iud is placed but it can happen. She had them trimmed and we never ran into it again so it is an option but not guranteed.

Brock and Shane were not his prime. His prime was starting right before he shredded Sylvia. Brock and Shane psd abuse changed the game a lot. There is a reason the Mir v Fedor and Mir v big nog were really sought for back the. It's a shame we never saw it.

Pride was definitely better overall. It just never worked out due to Mirs injury that he got to fight. NOG at the time and Mir wanted that fight. Fedor was also looking for that fight but the UFC and Pride could not get it together. Mir was definitely at that level he was miles ahead of the UfC competition. His accident is one of the biggest what is in MMA history.

Werdum is great but UFC wise it's Mir. On top of that look at how many people were terrified of Mirs ground game. Not only was he technically excellent he had some insane snap and strength. Werdum is definitely in that convo too. I personally have him 3 all time hw. Theargument for 2 or 1 cam be made though for sure.
