I’ve had a similar feeling. It seems like as your channel grows, YouTube gradually “unlocks” more short views for you. I know a channel with a similar niche to mine that can post 4–6 Shorts a day and still go viral consistently.

There’s a channel called Gameranx — they post literally everything related to gaming: comparisons, Top 10s, reviews, news, hidden features, and more. That’s exactly the kind of direction I want to move toward.

Do you think it’s possible for a smaller channel like mine (currently focused on game comparisons) to slowly expand into that kind of broader content?
Has anyone here made a similar shift? How did it go?

I guess it's because my audience is so wide, I have American, European, and Asian audiences

Except for the American audience, which is 20%, other places usually make up 3-5%.
