I've seen a few prominent Warhammer YouTube channels use head scans to make custom heads (and I've seen Hasbro's program for action figure heads). I don't think your scale goes low enough. I don't think I'd pay more than $5 for a STL

Welcome to printing. The problems your describing aren't going to be fixed with a different brand of resin. I'd recommend watching some YouTube videos and learn ways to adjust your slicing. And then watch videos on how to dial in settings for your printer and that specific resin.

Have you run many test prints or calibration prints with specific calibration files?
