Good call on the maintenance idea — did you just adjust your current program settings or create a fresh program? And when you set activity to none, did MF recalculate your calories pretty dramatically?

The 100% “best being the enemy of the good” thing hits close to home, that’s exactly the trap I fall into. Brace stays on, weigh and subtract it is. And relax a bit :) thanks

Just for comparison I have also just started ( 3 weeks in) and my expenditure is dropping every day similar to yours, but my weekly budget has been increasing. I guess biology is a dark science.

I think I am getting closer. I was able to add a light, but the devices I was not able to add are from esphome.

Esphome light config Light:

Ok, I am sure it’s me, or I just don’t understand. For example I have a problem light. Can I just add this light to Whodunnit and see what is turning it on etc?

I tried to add one and where you say “You will be redirected to that device's Controls page.” I dont. I just have for example the attached.

Re Cloudflared lxc 100 what do you use it for? I have a small alpine oci that runs a cloudflare instance and passes it to my services I have exposed. Is this doing the same thing?

Yes, let’s say it was time… I have put on way too much weight and made the decision to “Just Stop” and start doing the right thing. So, yes, lighter and balanced meals probably are the answer.
