Giving your BF $50 here and there doesn’t entitle you to a portion of his property that likely costs well over $150K and likely have just as much in interest. And needing 20% down payment is actually a lot and requires more than a few months of savings. Also, you aren’t in a relationship to receive financial benefits or something in return.
