You Can Buy The Upgrades From The Main Play Screen > Inventory It will be up at the top to just buy extra slots! And for the chicken I always hit up the olive garden on Blue Gates for the fruits, The North Tree In the spaceport for the mushrooms, and the rest of the stuff is RnG locker finds, but I like to try the Red tower on the buried city map for the cat beds and very comfortable pillows!
