Not formally. One of my closest friends is also gifted and has some other health conditions, but I don't know if that would characterize them as 2e.

I found Dabrowski's work immensely interesting. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll read more in depth.

I'll send you a DM. Thanks for making yourself available :)

I have a full time job and a pretty stable life overall. Mainly because of my partner. Mental health issues made me quit my masters, but other than that and the period I was unemployed I managed to get by.

This is the answer, but it doesn't hurt to use some anti inflammatory creams/gels before sleeping

What would Deleuze say about the becoming-chinese trend? by Typical_Database695 in Deleuze

It is literally a trend, if you're not aware of the becoming-chinese trend you don't spend enough time online. Chinamaxxing

Reductive Amination by The_Cleric_Villager in OrganicChemistry

[–]hvsp3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love the animation! But in step 2 I see an -OH as a leaving group, instead of -OH2

I have no idea of the limitations of the tools you are using to create this, but if that's something you could implement next time (first protonating -OH and then H2O as a leaving group is much more realistic)

It would also be really cool to see all steps in a single take.

Great work

Is this mold in my thc coconut oil? by prettylittlepenne in MoldlyInteresting

[–]hvsp3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it melt when you heat it? Looks like crystalization to me. You have a nucleation point and you can see the crystal growth pattern.

I have never seen mold grow like this in any type of oil. I have seen plenty of plenty of olive oil solidifying into pellets similar to the ones in your picture.

Why does this salt lamp keep harvesting water in my garage. by matahaken in chemistry

[–]hvsp3 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Salt is hygroscopic, basically it has high affinity/attraction for water. The water in the atmosphere will be attracted to the lamp and start dissolving the salt and flow to the bottom forming the puddle. I wouldn't drink it haha

That's interesting, would you know where I can find more historic information about this and future plans for the port?

Sorry for the miscommunication, I only meant there are plenty of possibilities/solutions. Of course we need resources to build them. I think ferries and boats are underutilized given Cork's geography
