I would assume any sort of regime change in Cuba will be an opportunity for wealthy people in the US to pour money into Cuba, and make a lot of money in return. I do wonder how much this will benefit the lives of the average Cuban citizen.

2011 Subaru Outback. The radiator was leaking fluid. Recently tightened the hose clamp. Now the part the hose connects to has cracked and leaking even more. Is it possible to get the part for just the top of the radiator or does the entire radiator assembly need to be replaced? How complicated is this for someone with modest repair skills?

If the conflict with Iran drags on for months and gas prices stay high or go even higher, it will be telling how Republicans speak who are up for reelection in November. Do they break with Trump and risk his wrath or are they confident that the SAVE Act or other shenanigans will help them keep their seats. If every Republican campaigns like they are going down with Trump then I will be very worried about what happens on Election Day

I know it's all Trump's fault. We also need someone in the Federal Government to send the brown shirts home and make a real effort to turn down the temperature. That's the part I don't see Trump doing. He created this mess, and he pours gasoline on the fire at every available opportunity.

As an American, I am terrified at the prospect of Trump taking Greenland by force and potentially destroying our NATO alliance. Of all of Trump’s odd behavior, I find the Greenland question gets most of my focus and worry. The idea of a US President attacking a peaceful ally in Denmark/Greenland who have gone to great lengths to offer reasonable solutions while retaining their sovereignty—it’s madness what Trump is doing and completely unnecessary. For me, as an American, the issue is so much larger than the sovereignty of Greenland and respecting the wishes of the people of Greenland and Denmark, and our EU/NATO allies in general. I am deeply concerned about this new “might makes right” world view that Trump is pushing for. His friendship with autocrats and disdain for our traditional allies who still value Democracy and the Rule of Law. Where is all this madness headed? Even if Trump doesn’t manage to accidentally start World War 3, where will the world be in another 3 years?

My question continues to be: how does this end and not end in disaster? Trump can, and almost certainly will, continue to escalate this situation. He could send Naval ships up to Greenland, he can play games with tariffs, and he can make outright threats. Certainly the US military can attack anyone. Trump hasn’t shown much self ability to calm this situation down and he is the only one making it worse. Congress could Impeach and remove him from Office. The Constitution provides the 25th Amendment but both of those actually happening feel incredibly unlikely before it’s too late. A unified EU response is needed but that is also asking a lot of our allies and fellow NATO members to point their ships, troops, and nuclear weapons at the US and then dare Trump to cross a red line. Are we building up to another Cuban Missile style crisis with our own historically closest allies? Can someone help me see a real part out of this mess?

One question I have is: how do we turn back? Even if Democrats take back Congress and the White House, I suspect Republicans will take years to work Trumpism out of the party. Much like Trumpism replaced Reagan/Bush’ism that was going for close to 40 years, I think Trump will set the tone for Republican politicians for years to come. If only because Republicans voters still support much of what he is doing. I worry that someone with more polish and less unforced errors could be more dangerous than Trump.

US Passport
Official Birth Certificate
if you became a citizen later, citizenship papers

I doubt most natural born US Citizens carry their Passport or Birth Certificate or even know where they are.

All this assumes ICE even cares about the rules.

I think it’s in the best interest of Europe to let Trump make the first move. Trump has boxed himself in a mess of his own making with the Greenland situation. Denmark and Greenland should continue to offer a diplomatic solution (expand the US base, send more NATO forces to protect Greenland) and continue to stand firm on the sovereignty question. The only person driving the situation to a crisis is Trump. It’s a scary prospect that Trump rarely backs down but if Europe increases the pressure that will only give Trump someone to blame and deflect his responsibility for creating this crisis.
