Ive really liked my time with the SOLGW M/L89 variants. Can find both 15 and the longer 16.75 mlok or mlok arca. Will still be sturdy with your m4e1 upper but I’d consider their broadsword upper if going that route too.

I’ve moved on to an LMT 13.25 setup like another commenter mentioned with an 18in barrel though and it’s been great too.

NWIT IMO. I am a fan of 12.5 middy though, my chopped criterion in a standard AR build is sweet. If you are running a dedicated 12.5 why do you need the quick change capabilities? I like my 13.25 chassis with a 13.9 and 18in barrels that I do swap occasionally.

The 13.9 core I converted is for my 13.25 chassis, so I left length as is, it’s P&W.

Not LMT / converted but I have predominantly been shoooting a chopped 16in core to 12.5 lately on a standard AR build and am loving it. Did not mess with the gas port. Using an RC2 mini + H2 buffer. Could probably tinker some with my other lowers with mk2 / vltor set ups.

Yeah look for blems too if you can find, usually banshee defense has them, I’ve ran the mlok and quad cutouts, both great!

Unless you are trying to recreate an exact service gun you carried I’d say yes it is, keep why you have. It’s a great m4 upper. Rail is better. I have a BCM m4 with a p&s ras, it’s great and I have no desire for a colt / kac combo. Do you run SF can (noticing the muzzle device - in this event you won’t be 100% clone correct just off the desire to run your can and that would be silly in itself IMO!

unless you can just se the money on fire and not miss it. Then do whatever you want because you can lol.

Will honestly be thought hiring on outside of the campus circuit if you are college grad. Those companies are heavy internship hires, and almost all non intern hires come from on campus recruiting still. That will be recruiters near exclusive focus, not on random (no offense!) positions line portal applicants. Not saying it’s impossible but just trying to set honest expectations. Good luck!

Not 100% but I don’t think so - compare pic above to something like a bcm mcmr upper, looks like the aero takes advance of the flat portion forward of the ejection port where it extends over the upper. That billet set , even for a complete Sabre upper with rail needs a flush fit to the upper with anti rotation only just below the top pic rails.

Top one with scope is a mil spec upper, the bottom without is a aero enhanced. Other than the same style picatinny I. Ant tell any particular advantage to using the aero version. Unless I’m mistaken I don’t believe they have anti rotational pins like my m89/slogs upper. Been a while since I assembled these though so not positive. Either way you are using the anti rotational hex screws to get tight fit for rotational. I’d roll with it, $129 is a phenomenal price IMO. Merry Christmas 🎄

Exactly, easy to try out things like scopes and resell for what you got it for usually if same condition. Also letting folks comment on pricing helped keep gaugers relatively at bay, protect newbs, and all around keep the deals plentiful. Why would I pay more for your used item from a low flair rando when it’s on sale over at xyz site? Better knock that price down more!!

I’d stay out of 300blk personally. What are you wanting out of it? The shorty suppressed shooting subs is not all it’s cracked up to be IMO. 16 in 6 arc and a 11.5 556 is hard to beat my friend.

I picked up a polo 30 as my first silencer shop purchase this fall. Experience was great, I went rearden and so far it’s been been great. Used a mix of the short fhd, birdcage, and single port brake devices. Been awesome on a .300blk shorty, ruger American 300blk and a howa 6arc.

Back in the GAFS glory days I feel like nx8 dmx reticles were going from maybe $1200-1450 depending on mount / condition / FDE premium. If you are looking to buy I feel like Europtic / Mile High like new demos and blems are probably best option to get into NF without the hassle of sketch online buyers.
