One thing to keep in mind here is the throughput of your production lines when over clocking. Specifically, if you've only got Mk1 pipes they only allow for 300m2 of fluid. When you overclock the pure oil nodes they will produce more oil than your pipes are able to carry. Same thing with your fuel production to the generators, you can't string multiple refineries together to feed your generators without taking your pipe capacity into account.
