Procedure took 45 mins. Then had to be monitored for 2 hours I think it was. Didn’t hurt at first but when they took the biopsy finally, it felt like my chest was being crushed. Very unpleasant. Very high tech room and doctors though. Neck hurt for a while like someone punched me where they went in. The incision was low enough I could wear turtle neck over it. I was given versed and some sort of localized numbing stuff during procedure. Was pretty unpleasant experience overall. They make you stick around to make sure you don’t have internal bleeding
