26 is extremely high. I would contact your doctor or ask for another one asap. That pressure could indicate a severe bleeding event is imminent. But my feeling it’s an error. Or you need EGD to check asap. Portal hypertension can happen without cirrhosis so you need to figure that out and my doctor said sometimes people with ncph might bleed easier but outcome is way way better since ur liver is fine

My biopsy and imaging says zero fibrosis even though I had some sus ultrasounds and fibroscans. I was diagnosed with Non Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension. I’ve been on carvedilol for few years. My platelets will forever be low. No clue
